Who am I?

My name is Lisa Trangez.

I’m a sports physiotherapist & manual therapist at the multidisciplinary group practice ‘Move’ in Maaseik (Limburg, Belgium).

I’ve been doing CrossFit & weightlifting for 7 years of which 2 years at Meuse Functional Fitness.
Before that I did tumbling (gymnastics) for 12 years of which 7 years in competition.

My educations :

  • 2019 : Graduated as a master in musculoskeletal rehabilitation sciences and sports physiotherapy
  • 2020 : Graduated as a post graduate in advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation : manual therapy
  • 2020 : End-stage rehab for the endurance athlete
